The 5th Steering Committee Meeting took place on 29th of September 2020. During the meeting RTA provided the presentation on the 5th Quarterly Report covering 1st of May – 31st of July 2020, overview on Project Implementation 1st August -29th September 2020 and presentation of the initial proposal for the “3rd Rolling Work Plan” (for the fourth semester: 1st of November – 30th of April 2020).
Another important point in the meeting was the introduction of the new Beneficiary Country project leadership composition, that looks as follows:
New Beneficiary Country Project Leader: Ms. Leyla Mammadova (replacing Mr. Mirza Aliyev).
New Component 1 Leader Counterpart: Mr. Namiq Shalbuzov (replacing Mr. Parviz Aliyev).
Proposal for the New Component 2 Leader Counterpart: Ms. Saida Gurbanova (replacing Ms. Fatima Hasanova). (NOT CONFIRMED).
